Handcrafted in Melbourne, from Premium American Hardwoods - Rock Maple & Walnut, surfaced on a CNC to be flat and true, and carefully hand sanded and oiled with a foodsafe hardwax oil.

Both of these stunning timbers are highly desired to make premium cutting boards all over the world.

American Rock Maple has a nearly white or offwhite creamy color, sometimes with a reddish or golden hue. The grain can be wavy and has a fine, even texture.

American Back Walnut has sapwood of a creamy, off white colour, while the heartwood is a beautiful light to dark brown, occasionally with a purplish cast and darker streaks.

This Board is always minimum 240mm wide and 33mm thick including its non marking, non slip feet. it will be between 385-400mm long (each board is cut to suit its individual strengths and for best appearance)

For our chopping boards we reccomend monthly maintenance in order to keep them looking and working their best.

• Applying a chopping board oil or board wax monthly prevents your board from drying out and potentiality cracking after repeated uses and any washes.
• Our shop made Mineral Oil and Chopping Board Wax is also available to buy to ensure your board stays in the best condition.
