Maple & Walnut Cutting Board Stripe

Handcrafted in melbourne, from Premium American Hardwoods - Rock Maple & Walnut, surfaced on a CNC to be flat and true, and carefully hand sanded and oiled with a foodsafe hardwax oil.

Both of these stunning timbers are highly desired to make premium cutting boards all over the world.

American Rock Maple has a nearly white or offwhite creamy color, sometimes with a reddish or golden hue. The grain can be wavy and has a fine, even texture.

American Back Walnut has sapwood of a creamy, off white colour, while the heartwood is a beautiful light to dark brown, occasionally with a purplish cast and darker streaks.

This Board is 400mm x 240mm and 35mm thick, and has non marking, non slip feet.
